  • 1.将鲫鱼去鳞、去肠、去腮洗干净。
  • 2.豆腐洗干净切成块。
  • 3.起油锅,葱姜蒜入锅炒香。
  • 4.加豆瓣酱炒。
  • 5.加酱油炒。
  • 6.加适量水,加麻椒、尖椒。
  • 7.鲫鱼入锅,盖上锅盖炖。其间适时晃动锅。
  • 8.7、8分钟后豆腐入锅同炖。
  • 9.4、5分钟后加盐,大火收汤入味后关火。
  • 10.盛出即可享用。
