  • 1.1、将吉利丁片提前用冷水泡软,小锅里放入蓝莓,倒入细砂糖。
  • 2.2、挤入柠檬汁,倒入清水,小火加热,糖水变红就离火。
  • 3.3、将加热好的混合汁过滤,滤出蓝莓,放入提前泡软的吉利丁片,搅拌均匀放凉。
  • 4.4、混合汁倒进果冻瓶中,第一次只倒入1/3,然后放入蓝莓,放入冰箱中,冷藏成型后再倒入剩余的混合汁,放入剩余的蓝莓冷藏。
