樱桃派
前两天樱桃特别多的时候做的樱桃罐头,今天正好拿出来做派,每一个樱桃季都特别短,在樱桃最多的时候可以做一些罐头,保存到没有樱桃时再拿出来吃是很不错的哦。这次的派偷懒没有制作酥皮,用飞饼做的。虽然很酥但很油,有时间还是要自己做酥皮不推荐用飞饼。

Steps to make 樱桃派

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将樱桃罐头取出,把樱桃罐头里的汁倒出来。
  • 3.飞饼皮取出来后,室温软化一下。
  • 4.用擀面杖擀成长形。用刀切出规矩的长方形。
  • 5.在长方形面片的边缘刷一层全蛋液。把切下来的部分按长方形状的四边的长短,切出四条贴在长方形状的四周。
  • 6.把樱桃馅摆在长方形面皮上。
  • 7.再把剩下的边角依次切成长条,将这些长条在派上交叉的编织成网状。轻轻按一下接口处。
  • 8.准备全蛋液。在做好的派表面刷上一层全蛋液,松弛20分钟。
  • 9.烤箱175度,中层,20分钟左右。
