多彩水果雪媚娘
昨天是三八节,一年一度的女人节,必须要给自己做个漂亮的甜点老犒劳自己。首先想到的就是做一个雪媚娘。传统的雪媚娘是淡奶油水果馅的,今天就做这款最基本的馅。但毕竟是三八节,做一个白胖子太没有意义了,于是就对应水果,做成三色的皮,再用花朵和蝴蝶结做装饰,哈哈,似乎蝴蝶结是每个女人的少女情节哩。

  • 玉米淀粉30g
  • 纯牛奶175g
  • 黄油18g
  • 白糖25g
  • 抹茶粉1/4小勺
  • 红曲粉1/8小勺
  • 淡奶油200g
  • 白糖15g

Steps to make 多彩水果雪媚娘

  • 1.先把25g糖放入牛奶,稍微加热,搅拌让糖融化,再晾凉至手温
  • 2.玉米淀粉和糯米粉混合过筛后筛入牛奶中
  • 3.搅拌均匀,会有些许淀粉颗粒
  • 4.过筛,把颗粒过滤出来,但注意这些不用扔掉,用刮拌铲来回弄弄,颗粒就可以过滤下去了,这样即不浪费,也不会影响到配方中粉类的量
  • 5.盖上保鲜膜扎孔
  • 6.开水上笼蒸30分钟
  • 7.蒸好的面团里面全部凝固就是可以了。
  • 8.趁热把黄油放入蒸好的面团中,黄油预热即可融化
  • 9.用铲子翻拌揉压到黄油完全被面团吸收,晾凉
  • 10.取三分之一加入红曲粉,注意只加1/8小勺,颜色就是粉粉的,如果多了,颜色太红
  • 11.揉均匀,成为粉色面团
  • 12.再取三分之一面团加入1/4小勺的抹茶粉
  • 13.揉均匀成为绿色面团
  • 14.三种面团放入冰箱冷藏约1小时左右
  • 15.水果洗净备用。水果可以根据自己喜好,芒果的其实是我的最爱,但今天没有用,自己调整水果品种吧
  • 16.淡奶油加入15克糖
  • 17.搅打到6份发,即提起打蛋器呈这种三角状态
  • 18.面团分成30克的剂子,薄施手粉,把皮擀好备用。手粉就是把糯米粉炒熟的粉,稍加手粉不会粘手
  • 19.把打发的淡奶油装入裱花袋更好操作
  • 20.取粉色的片,挤入淡奶油,放入红色的火龙果
  • 21.像包包子一样包严实,注意最上面捏的多余的面团要揪掉,否则底部会偏厚。
  • 22.白色包蓝莓,绿色包猕猴桃
  • 23.芒果的是我的最爱,喜欢芒果的也可以换成芒果
  • 24.包好了六个装好送人。冰箱冷藏后再次口感佳
  • 25.剩余的六个我装饰了蝴蝶结来美化自己的心情,怎么样看着是不是小胖子也很美丽呢!
