  • 细砂糖40克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 香草精2.5ml
  • 原味酸奶60克

Steps to make 布朗尼芝士蛋糕

  • 1.黑巧克力黄油隔水融化,加入细砂糖
  • 2.黑巧克力“dark”
  • 3.加入鸡蛋,酸奶用打蛋器继续搅拌成糊状
  • 4.筛入面粉,用橡皮刀搅拌完全混合无颗粒
  • 5.放入模具中,我用的是6寸的,摸平,烤箱预热,上下火180度烤18分钟
  • 6.烤制过程中准备奶酪,提前隔水加热或者常温至软化
  • 7.先加入细砂糖用打蛋器打至无颗粒,之后加入鸡蛋和香草精继续搅拌
  • 8.搅拌成浓滑的奶酪糊后加入酸奶,搅拌成糊
  • 9.把芝士倒入布朗尼的磨具中,不用等冷却,放回烤箱,上下火160度烤40分钟,可用牙签插一下是否烤熟,可适当再增加几分钟
