  • 1.备料。
  • 2.南瓜洗净去瓤不去皮切成小块。
  • 3.另一个南瓜顶部切开后去瓤。
  • 4.香菇切丁,备用。
  • 5.栗子切丁,备用。
  • 6.锅中倒油加热。
  • 7.放入香菇,爆香,再加入南瓜块,豌豆,栗子,大米,进行翻炒。
  • 8.加入适量盐。
  • 9.将刚炒好的南瓜饭放入电饭煲中,再倒入适量的水(注意水量要比平时煮饭水少些)按下煮饭键煮熟。
  • 10.煮饭期间,将去顶南瓜放入蒸锅,(开水放入南瓜)蒸15分钟,作为南瓜盅备用。
  • 11.米饭煮好后,装入南瓜盅内。
  • 12.摆盘即可。
