话说最近真是各种忙,好久没更新,向各位说一声抱歉哦……
这个是我比较喜欢的配方,而且也是用面包机做出来的,最初我还不相信只有250g高筋粉怎么能做出来很高的面包呢,但是大家都说这个配方很好吃,我像就试试吧,没想到果真很好,我的500g面包机内筒都高出来很多!
组织很绵软,真的超正点的!

  • 高筋粉225g
  • 低筋粉25g
  • 牛奶135g
  • 橄榄油25g
  • 砂糖50g
  • 食盐2g
  • 奶粉8g
  • 酵母3g
  • 蛋液30g

Steps to make 港式吐司

  • 1.原配方里面是水,我换成了牛奶,135g,放进面包桶里面,先加入食盐2g
  • 2.加入50g砂糖
  • 3.加入30g打散的鸡蛋液
  • 4.筛入225g高筋粉
  • 5.筛入25g低筋粉
  • 6.然后加入8g奶粉
  • 7.加入3g酵母
  • 8.最后加入25g橄榄油
  • 9.然后按一个和面的程序
  • 10.和面程序完成了不要打开盖子,一直自然发酵一个多小时,八分满了就可以烘烤了
  • 11.设置烘烤程序,我设置的是40分钟
  • 12.刚烘烤好的样子,上表面上色也是很均匀的!
