Steps to make 卤肉饭

  • 1.准备材料,煮上一杯米饭。最好是红葱头,没有可以拿洋葱代替。
  • 2.提前将香菇泡软。
  • 3.五花肉洗净,切成一厘米宽的长条。
  • 4.将香菇,洋葱切丁,大蒜切碎。
  • 5.将鸡蛋连壳煮熟。
  • 6.在锅中加入少许油,放入肉条翻炒至表面金黄,肉中的油被逼出。
  • 7.放入香菇,洋葱,蒜一同炒香,加入料酒,最好是米酒或者花雕。
  • 8.放入冰糖,继续翻炒,加入酱油,五香粉,继续翻炒。
  • 9.加入适量水,煮开后关小火,加入煮好的鸡蛋一起卤,约90分钟。
  • 10.卤肉煮好前,煮开水,滴入香油,盐,放入小青菜烫熟。
  • 11.将米饭盛出,放上卤肉,淋上卤汁,放上小青菜和卤蛋即可。
