我完完全全就是一个糯米空,每月总要吃上几回,八宝饭也是其中之一。而上海本味的八宝饭不单蒸完就可以了,还要煮一碗糖水,淋在蒸完的八宝饭上,晶莹剔透。

  • 1.糯米提前泡水4小时
  • 2.隔水蒸30分钟
  • 3.让其冷却2分钟
  • 4.拌入猪油、砂糖
  • 5.红绿丝、腰果等食材放入碗底
  • 6.铺上莲蓉
  • 7.再铺上糯米,压紧,个税蒸10分钟,倒扣等待冷却即可
  • 8.锅里煮一锅糖水,少许淀粉勾芡,淋在八宝饭上,完成
