Steps to make 鲫鱼豆腐汤

  • 1.水豆腐切小块、生姜切片、葱切短段
  • 2.将鲫鱼洗净沥干,锅里倒下油烧至七八分热,放下鱼煎至两面微黄。
  • 3.把煎好的鱼放进锅里,两边放下姜片,即倒黄酒于鱼身,再放清水500克。加盖煮沸汤成乳白色后放入水豆腐、枸杞子慢火煮20分钟。
  • 4.然后放入葱花、盐就OK了。鲫鱼豆腐汤具有益气养血、健脾,营养丰富。
