Steps to make 菠萝咕噜肉

  • 1.青红椒洗干净切成2cm的块,菠萝去皮用盐水浸泡十分钟切成2cm左右的块。
  • 2.鸡胸肉洗干净切成2cm的块。
  • 3.里面加椒盐,胡椒粉,料酒和淀粉抓拌均匀腌制20分钟。
  • 4.鸡蛋打碗里用半个的量将肉抓拌均匀。
  • 5.里面加面粉和淀粉将每块肉都裹上淀粉。
  • 6.用漏勺将肉上的面粉散干净。
  • 7.锅中倒油,油温五成热将肉用筷子一块一块放进去不要粘连。
  • 8.再将肉复炸一次捞出控油。
  • 9.准备两个小碗,一个里面加生抽、番茄沙司和水搅拌均匀拌成料汁,另一个加少许淀粉和水搅拌均匀做成水淀粉。
  • 10.拌好的料汁倒进锅里,烧开不用加油。
  • 11.再将水淀粉放进去搅拌至浓稠状。
  • 12.将炸好的肉倒进去翻炒均匀,使每块肉都裹上料汁。
  • 13.将青红椒和菠萝块放进去翻炒均匀。
  • 14.加两滴醋搅拌均匀关火。
  • 15.装盘。
