【芝麻番薯饼】
难以消化的糯米搭配容易消化的番薯,用两个字来形容:绝配!再加上芝麻的香,吃得停不下来了。馅料是由花生、芝麻、白糖,加上比较润的鲜百合。这样的搭配吃起来也是让人醉了。

Steps to make 【芝麻番薯饼】

  • 1.番薯入蒸锅蒸熟。(只需半个啦。)
  • 2.准备好芝麻、花生和白糖,芝麻炒过,花生炒后去皮敲碎。
  • 3.鲜百合剥一片片用水煮熟,百合很容易熟的,不要煮久了。
  • 4.把煮好的百合水倒掉,加入白糖、芝麻、花生碎。
  • 5.搅匀。
  • 6.蒸熟的番薯撕去一层薄薄的皮。
  • 7.加入糯米粉,少许生粉。适量的加些热水,要分次加入。
  • 8.直到揉成一团不粘手的团。
  • 9.把糯米团分成四份,用手捏成形。
  • 10.加入馅料。
  • 11.收口成圆饼形。
  • 12.表面粘上芝麻。
  • 13.锅内热油,放入做好的饼。用小火煎。
  • 14.煎完一面,再翻过来煎另一面,表面金黄即可。
