我们日常经常做的手撕包菜,原来是属于湘菜系的。此菜红白相间,麻辣鲜香,爽脆清甜,不仅开胃增食,据说还有美白祛斑、预防感冒和胃溃疡等功效。
肉食动物,所以我加了些培根。

  • 干辣椒7个

  • 香醋10克

Steps to make 手撕包菜

  • 1.食材准备,蒜切片、干辣椒剪段备用。
  • 2.包菜撕小片洗净。
  • 3.培根切成小片。
  • 4.起油锅,少许油加热,放入培根,煎至培根变色,盛出。
  • 5.放入花椒、干辣椒、蒜片炝香。
  • 6.放入包菜,大火炒至菜叶开始变软。
  • 7.放入培根,继续翻炒。
  • 8.加入生抽、盐翻炒,再倒入香醋。翻炒均匀即可。
