温州麦饼
是温州人都知道麦饼,是温州人都爱吃麦饼.麦饼家乡的味道!带着温州人浓浓的思乡情!

温州麦饼面团有2种和法:
    1. 鸡蛋,油,水(面粉中间挖个洞,打入鸡蛋,放油,用筷子搅拌,加水,和成面团)
    2. 啤酒(啤酒代水和成面团)
无论是鸡蛋,油还是啤酒都是为了使麦饼松软.

温州麦饼的馅料有好几种,这里我就数3种:
    1.咸菜味的:咸菜+肥肉
    2.菜干味的:梅菜干或芥菜干+肥肉(梅菜干的比芥菜干的好吃.)
    3.和甜味的:白糖(面皮上刷上油放上白糖,一般是做给小孩吃的! )

    Steps to make 温州麦饼

    • 1.梅菜干洗净,锅加热改小火,梅菜干炒干,备用。葱切好备用。熟虾皮洗净,控干,备用。五花肉切丁。将所有材料混合放入调料拌匀。
    • 2.和面。面团可以偏软点,已不拈手为标准。
    • 3.取一块面团,擀成圆形,中间厚,边薄。
    • 4.在中间放馅料。
    • 5.收口.像下面一样。
    • 6.再擀成圆形的饼.(出学者馅料少放点,这样不容易漏馅.)。
    • 7.锅烧热改小火(不用放油),放入饼,煎至2面焦黄。
    • 8.晒晒我家25个月的宝贝做的甜麦饼。
