【家常焖饭】(适合老年人营养菜饭)
焖饭一般南方吃的比较多,家里是北方人很少吃,
但是,小时候家里是和外婆一起住在一起,老妈做米饭要照顾下老人,年龄大了牙口不好
所以每到冬天,只有家里煮有剩下的肉汤老妈或者外婆都会做焖饭,我家叫这个“菜米饭”

我小时候是最不喜欢吃这个的,觉得米饭黏糊糊的没一点嚼头
但是,日子长了不吃了回忆起来了那我最不爱的“味道”,那天做来竟觉得异常的好吃,
这估计就是记忆的味道吧!这个焖饭送给 外婆,也送给家里有老年人的朋友们,冬季里来一碗
热气腾腾的焖饭,不仅身体暖了,家人的心也暖了。

    • 1.猪肉和猪骨头加葱姜料酒煮成肉汤
    • 2.准备配菜,自己可以混搭
    • 3.煮好的肉切丁,菜切碎
    • 4.原料改刀
    • 5.豆腐切丁后油煎炸一下,比较香
    • 6.热锅凉油爆香葱花
    • 7.按照成熟度依次下入,豆角,土豆,胡萝卜等配菜
    • 8.加入出白菜和油菜的所有食材后加入生抽两大勺,五香粉一小勺,盐和鸡精适量调味
    • 9.最后加入白菜和油菜
    • 10.锅中倒入泡好的米
    • 11.加入菜和泡好的黄豆加入骨头汤将将摸过菜
    • 12.高压锅20分钟即可
