重庆是一座美食遍地的城市,由于整个城市被长江,嘉陵江环绕,形成了潮湿闷热的环境,因此重庆人偏爱辛辣开胃的食物,特别是能逼出体内湿气的麻辣火锅,以至于发展成了重庆的代表性美食,不管是夏天还是冬天,重庆人都喜欢围着火锅挥汗大吃,麻辣火锅吃不够,山城重庆歌乐山镇的一农家院落里又创作出了红遍大江南北的辣子鸡,在香喷喷的辣椒里面,寻找那干香美味的鸡肉块,就好想小鸡在草地里寻找虫子一样,其乐无穷

  • 1.材料有:嫩鸡半只,辣椒段,辣椒面,蒜瓣,生姜,葱,花生米,花椒,白芝麻
  • 2.切3片姜片,蒜瓣对半切
  • 3.仔鸡切小块(块要切的小一点,这样炸出来才会干香)
  • 4.鸡块切好,加盐,鸡精,料酒
  • 5.加酱油
  • 6.然后抓匀码味10分钟
  • 7.锅中倒入油,烧至6成热,下几块炸到干香金黄
  • 8.然后捞出沥干油
  • 9.锅子洗干净,加适量油,先下入生姜片和蒜瓣,煸香
  • 10.然后加入辣椒段,花椒,小火炒出香味,倒入鸡块
  • 11.然后加少许盐,鸡精,白糖,倒入花生米,辣椒面,小火不断翻炒,炒出香味后,加葱段,白芝麻,淋入麻油即可
