  • 1.准备好原料。
  • 2.紫薯去皮,黄油温切粒备用。
  • 3.放蒸锅蒸熟。
  • 4.把紫薯捣成泥,加适量鲜奶。
  • 5.加黄油搅拌均匀。
  • 6.培根取出放锅内煎熟。
  • 7.取一张春卷皮,放上煎好的培根肉。
  • 8.在培根上抹上紫薯泥。
  • 9.从边缘卷起,做成长筒形。
  • 10.依方法卷三个。
  • 11.锅内放少许油,放春卷小火煎至两面金黄。
  • 12.出锅,对半切开装盘。
