Steps to make 棉花蛋糕杯

  • 1.准备原料
  • 2.黄油切块放入不锈钢小锅内
  • 3.小火加热至黄油冒泡
  • 4.迅速倒入低筋粉关火后搅拌至没有干面粉。
  • 5.离火后倒入牛奶
  • 6.搅拌顺滑无颗粒。
  • 7.加入1个蛋黄搅拌匀
  • 8.再分三次加入剩下4个蛋黄并搅拌均匀
  • 9.拌好的蛋黄糊
  • 10.蛋白放入干净无水的打蛋盆中,加入细砂糖
  • 11.用电动打蛋器打发出粗泡滴入几滴柠檬汁
  • 12.继续打发至偏干性发泡
  • 13.取三分之一蛋白打入蛋黄糊内
  • 14.上下翻拌均匀
  • 15.将蛋黄糊倒回蛋白盆中
  • 16.用刮刀上下翻拌均匀
  • 17.将拌好的蛋糊装入纸杯中7分满。
  • 18.入烤箱中下层,上下火140度30分钟
  • 19.成品。
