Steps to make 芝麻红薯粥

  • 1.大米提前一夜淘洗干净用水泡发。
  • 2.把黑芝麻放入炒锅里用小火慢慢炒出香味。

  • 4.红薯去皮洗净切成小丁。
  • 5.粥快煮好时后放入红薯丁同煮至米烂红薯熟。
  • 6.按个人口味放入适量白糖搅匀。
  • 7.把煮好的粥盛入碗里,撒上炒香的黑芝麻即可食用。
