临近年底,家家户户都要做食饼筒,作为过年的必备食物之一。饼皮用面粉加水糊成,馅料丰富,食材多样,喜欢软的炒好蔬菜直接用饼皮卷起就吃,喜欢香点的就煎一下再吃,尽管平时也经常卷饼吃,但过年这一次仍有着传统风俗,阖家团聚,幸福就在这一卷食饼筒里,那是妈妈的味道,家的味道*

    Steps to make 食饼筒

    • 1.面粉加水搅成浓稠面糊,饧发5个小时。
    • 2.五花肉冷水下锅焯水。
    • 3.放到电饭煲中,加姜、料酒、水煮熟捞出冷却。
    • 4.五花肉切薄片。
    • 5.各种蔬菜准备好,粉条、米粉干用水泡软烫熟,萝卜丝焯水挤去水分,毛芋蒸熟切条,雪里蕻烫熟挤去水分切细。
    • 6.黑芝麻炒熟加少许盐捣细。
    • 7.鸡蛋摊成蛋皮。
    • 8.蛋皮切成小条状。
    • 9.洋葱、香葱切细。
    • 10.锅中放油,放入部分洋葱和葱白炒香。
    • 11.放入冬笋、香干、胡萝卜翻炒调味盛岀。
    • 12.锅中放油,下入洋葱炒香。
    • 13.放入萝卜丝和米粉干炒好盛岀。
    • 14.雪里蕻和红薯粉条炒好。
    • 15.全部食材炒好。
