  把冰冻的汤圆过油炸后与腌菜一起炒,内馅可依据自己的口味挑选。汤圆脆糯、外酥内滑,加上外皮酸菜的滋味,咸中带酸,酸中还有汤圆馅的甜味,中和了汤圆的腻口。这次的汤圆选用了抹茶口味,还带着一股茶香。这样的层次,这样的风味,让你每口都有不同滋味。

  • 1.姜切粒、蒜切片、蒜苗切小段,红油、汤圆备好。
  • 2.锅中坐油,油温五成热时关火,倒入汤圆。
  • 3.汤圆炸至稍变色有破皮即刻捞出放入盘中。
  • 4.炒锅上火下入姜、蒜、蒜苗爆香。
  • 5.下入腌菜炒香。
  • 6.再把炸好的汤圆放入。
  • 7.加入红油。
  • 8.再加入糖和鸡精,快速翻炒即可出锅装盘。
