    Steps to make 腊八粥

    • 1.红豆,绿豆,黑豆,黄豆,莲子。
    • 2.薏米,花生,黑米,燕麦,枸杞,核桃。
    • 3.大米,小米。
    • 4.提前把四豆浸泡至少8个小时,可节约熬制时间。
    • 5.其它材料只泡一个小时左右为好。
    • 6.准备搪瓷锅,一次性加足水。
    • 7.冷水下四豆,中火熬30分钟。
    • 8.待豆类熟后放剩下的原料,中途多搅拌,以免粘锅。
    • 9.熬到粘稠为止,出锅前根据口味放适量冰糖即可。
