奥利奥芝士蛋糕
小朋友喜欢吃巧克力,与巧克力有关的美食完全没有抗拒力,饼干类最喜欢的就是奥利奥,这款饼干估计大部分孩子都喜欢。前几天是小朋友的生日,在生日的头两天用他喜欢的奥利奥饼干做了一款芝士蛋糕

Details of ingredients

  • 奥利奥饼干碎100g
  • 黄油75g
  • 奶酪160g
  • 牛奶100g
  • 鸡蛋5个
  • 低筋面粉35g
  • 玉米淀粉20g
  • 白砂糖80g
  • 奥利奥饼干8块
  • 白醋几滴
  • 香草精2滴

Steps to make 奥利奥芝士蛋糕

  • 1.将25g黄油隔热水融化,然后加入饼干碎混合搅拌均匀
  • 2.将拌匀的饼干碎平铺在8寸蛋糕模具底部, 按压紧后放冰箱冷藏30分钟
  • 3.奶酪隔热水搅拌至光滑细腻无颗粒,加入牛奶和融化后的50g黄油搅拌均匀
  • 4.分次加入蛋黄搅拌均匀,然后加入过筛后的低筋面粉和玉米淀粉、香草精,刮拌至无颗粒状态
  • 5.蛋白中加入几滴白醋低速打成粗泡泡,分次加入白砂糖慢慢快速继续打,直至打到提起打蛋器,蛋白能拉出弯曲的尖角的时候就可以
  • 6.将1/3蛋白糊取出倒入蛋黄糊中。用橡皮刮刀轻轻翻拌均匀,采用切拌或者从下往上翻拌的方法,将拌好的蛋黄糊全部倒进余下的蛋白盆中,用同样的手法翻拌均匀,直到蛋白和蛋黄糊充分混合
  • 7.把奥利奥饼干掰碎几块放入面糊中
  • 8.用橡皮刮刀轻轻搅拌后,倒入蛋糕模具中,端起振动几下
  • 9.准备一个大烤盘,注入水,放入烤箱最低层,150度预热好后,将装了蛋糕糊的模具放入中下层,上下火烤55分钟
  • 10.烤完后打开烤箱,最出蛋糕模具,自然冷却,喜欢口感更佳的可以放冰箱中冷藏后食用 。
