  • 1.五个鸡蛋,蛋黄与蛋白分开!
  • 2.放入白糖搅拌均匀!

  • 5.筛入面粉!
  • 6.搅拌均匀无颗粒!
  • 7.蛋白倒入两滴白醋和白糖打发至硬性发泡!
  • 8.蛋白分两次与蛋黄糊混合在一起!
  • 9.倒入模具中,震几下气泡,烤箱预热160°中层50分钟!
  • 10.烤好了之后取出立刻倒扣!
  • 11.然后取一块剪成类似胡萝卜的形状!
  • 12.翻糖滴入色素!
  • 13.揉均匀颜色!
  • 14.擀成片!
  • 15.覆盖在修剪好的蛋糕上!
  • 16.用小刀切除多余的翻糖!
  • 17.然后用刀背刻上纹理,装饰上叶子就可以了!
