Steps to make Boiled beef in water
- 1. Cut the beef tenderloin into thin slices against the texture.
- Soak the beef in clean water for five minutes to remove the blood and water inside.
- 3. Prepare chopped scallions, ginger, and garlic, dried chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, one portion of stir fry, and one portion to be sprinkled with oil.
- 4. Dry the beef, add a spoonful of cooking wine, a little salt, oyster sauce, and pepper, stir well, and marinate for ten minutes.
- 5. Add an egg white and stir well.
- 6. Add two spoonfuls of corn starch and stir well. Finally, add a spoonful of cooking oil to prevent sticking in the next pot.
