南瓜酸奶浓汤

  • 橄榄油少许
  • 酸奶菌1克

Steps to make 南瓜酸奶浓汤

  • 1.将瓶子洗净,放进烤箱中。
  • 2.选择烤箱的消毒功能,设置120℃,消毒13分钟。
  • 3.将牛奶倒在碗里,加入细砂糖搅拌至融化后,倒入酸奶菌粉拌匀。
  • 4.将牛奶混合液倒入消毒好的瓶子中。
  • 5.放入蒸烤箱中,选择发酵功能,设置35℃,发酵10小时。
  • 6.10小时后,将发酵好的酸奶取出,放冷藏备用。
  • 7.鸡胸肉剁碎,加入少许橄榄油和盐腌制半小时。
  • 8.南瓜去皮去核,切小块。
  • 9.蒸烤箱水箱放满水。
  • 10.选择蒸功能,设置100℃蒸制20分钟。
  • 11.蒸软的南瓜稍微放凉,放入料理机,加2碗凉水,搅打成浓浆。
  • 12.南瓜浓浆倒入锅中,中小火煮到冒泡泡后,倒入鸡胸肉碎后快速搅散。
  • 13.加盖煮2分钟后关火,晾凉后倒入酸奶搅拌均匀即可。
