一直以来都喜欢吃曲奇,自己也试着做过几次,每次做的型状都不好看,也没有花纹,看到好豆七月烘焙的课程,就试着做了,这个方子很容易做,做出来的味道也非常好,就是还是不能挤出好看的型状,看来这个还是要慢慢练习呀,虽然型状不太好看,不过,今天己经被老公给拿到单位给他主管吃去了,居然告诉我,要让他主管尝尝好不好吃,真不知道他是怎么想的,他主管给我买58一斤的曲奇,他居然要拿我做的去比一比,是不是我做的更好吃

Steps to make 原味曲奇

  • 1.准备所有材料
  • 2.无盐黄油,室温软化,用电动打蛋器打撒,约打30秒左右,加入细砂糖,加入糖粉,继续搅打至黄油顺滑,体积稍有膨大
  • 3.打好的鸡蛋液分3次加到蛋油里。每一次都要搅打到鸡蛋与黄油完全融合再加下一次
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,用橡皮刮刀把面粉和黄油搅拌均匀,直到面粉全部湿润
  • 5.将菊花嘴放进裱花袋,装入面糊,裱花袋剪出小口
  • 6.在不粘烤盘上挤出图案
  • 7.烤箱,上下火,190度预热2分钟后放进烤盘,烤15~20分钟
  • 8.成品
