  • 1.小町米加水,1:1电饭煲煮熟,关闸,再温10分钟,盛出,放在扁盆上,让其散热,等半温时,倒入寿司醋,拌匀,继续冷却
  • 2.准备三文鱼泥
  • 3.海藻
  • 4.萝卜干切丝
  • 5.海苔平铺好
  • 6.均匀铺在米饭上
  • 7.在靠近身体这边,依次放上三文鱼泥、萝卜干、海藻
  • 8.慢慢卷起,用寿司帘压紧
  • 9.用刀切开即可
