  • 1.银耳洗干净用冷水浸泡。
  • 2.红豆洗干净用冷水浸泡。
  • 3.桂圆干洗干净用冷水浸泡。
  • 4.浸泡后的银耳撕成小朵入电饭煲,加适量水煲。
  • 5.开锅后红豆入电饭煲,盖上盖继续煲。
  • 6.50分钟后,浸泡后的桂圆干连同浸泡桂圆干的水倒入电饭煲,盖上盖子,继续煲。
  • 7.煲至红豆开花,加冰糖后继续煲。
  • 8.食材熟,冰糖融化,羹稠即可断电盛出享用。
