10块钱一大堆秋葵,买回来麻溜儿着我做了这盘鸡蛋炒秋葵,简单省事还挺好吃。

Steps to make 鸡蛋炒秋葵

  • 1.秋葵、胡萝卜清洗干净,鸡蛋打入碗中。
  • 2.鸡蛋里放一小勺凉水约5克,打散;胡萝卜切薄片,大蒜切碎。
  • 3.秋葵入开水锅中,焯烫3分钟;整根秋葵焯烫可防止内部的营养流失,久放的秋葵表面的锈斑也能去掉不少。
  • 4.捞出后晾一晾,斜切成段。
  • 5.热锅温油,鸡蛋液入锅,稍凝固后用铲子划散成均匀的鸡蛋块,盛出备用。
  • 6.炒锅中倒少许油,蒜末炝锅,胡萝卜片煸炒变软。
  • 7.秋葵入锅翻炒,淋少许水增加湿度;撒盐、淋少许生抽,翻炒均匀。
  • 8.鸡蛋入锅,快速混合,出锅。
  • 9.鸡蛋炒秋葵,清香味美,营养又好吃!
