今早的番茄乌冬面,做法很简单,西红柿用了两个,所以汤汁很浓郁,酸甜可口。放一点西兰花和玉米粒装饰,颜色丰富,自然胃口大开。

Steps to make 番茄乌冬面

  • 1.西红柿打花刀,放到热水里烫一会,剥去表皮
  • 2.鲜玉米搓下玉米粒,西兰花掰成小朵
  • 3.西兰花和玉米放到热水里焯熟
  • 4.焯熟后捞出
  • 5.西红柿切成小丁
  • 6.热锅放油,加西红柿丁大火翻炒,炒成酱后加水小火煮开
  • 7.加入适量盐、鸡精、糖,搅拌均匀
  • 8.下乌冬面煮熟
  • 9.煮熟后盛出摆上西兰花、玉米粒及鸡蛋
