Steps to make 巧克力裂纹曲奇

  • 1.黄油和巧克力隔水熔化成液态,用勺子不断搅拌
  • 2.鸡蛋加白糖拌匀,使其成浓稠的糊状
  • 3.把蛋液加进熔化的巧克力里搅拌均匀
  • 4.低粉、可可粉和泡打粉过筛入巧克力混合物里,继续搅拌均匀
  • 5.拌匀的面糊放进冰箱冷藏一个小时
  • 6.把面糊揉成大小一致的小圆球,放进糖粉里滚一圈,让表面裹上厚厚的一层糖粉。(建议糖粉裹厚实一点)
  • 7.烤箱170度预热,烤20~25分钟左右出炉。出炉后的曲奇是自然裂开的。
