Steps to make 豉油蒸排骨

  • 1.首先来个所需材料的大合照,只需简单的几样而已^_^
  • 2.将排骨洗净去血水,放入一勺豉油、一勺生粉、半勺白糖搅拌均匀
  • 3.将豆豉酱倒入一点点水搅拌好,倒入排骨里搅拌均匀,腌制二十分钟入味(因为豆豉酱已经很咸了,所以我没有放盐哦,切记)
  • 4.将腌好的排骨码放在盘子里,放入蒸锅蒸二十五分钟
  • 5.香喷喷的豉油蒸排骨出锅啦,撒上一点葱花提味解腻……
  • 6.喜欢豆豉的香味,百吃不厌。再配上一盘酸爽的拍黄瓜,一杯香醇的奶茶……开始吧
