木糠杯蛋糕
木糠杯蛋糕是前一段时间比较火的一款快速蛋糕,但我一直未做过,用谷优的消化饼饼干做木糠杯是最合适的,配上铁塔的淡奶油,味道香浓,冷藏以后凉丝丝的,作为下午茶或聚会时的甜品,既快手又好吃。

Steps to make 木糠杯蛋糕

  • 1.准备材料,忽略那2个油桃,脑子一时短路把它也拍上了;
  • 2.饼干掰碎放入料理机中,打成细细的饼干屑;
  • 3.打好的饼干屑;
  • 4.淡奶油倒入料理盆中,打蛋器中速打至浓稠;
  • 5.放入炼乳,继续中速打发,最后用低速搅匀,呈图中的状态;
  • 6.打发的淡奶油装入裱花袋中;
  • 7.杯子中放入一大勺饼干屑,用擀面杖压实底部,挤上一层淡奶油,用勺子抹平;
  • 8.在奶油上铺上一层饼干屑,不用压实,再挤上淡奶油,一共是3层饼干屑,3层淡奶油,一直到满杯;
  • 9.最后一层淡奶油表面抹平,筛上一层饼干屑,放入冰箱冷藏2个小时;
  • 10.取出后,在表面插上2个咸趣饼干做装饰,开吃啦;
