豆沙奶香排包

  • 黄油40克

  • 鸡蛋一枚
  • 4克
  • 白糖70克
  • 酵母8克

Steps to make 豆沙奶香排包

  • 1.将所有液体混合,搅拌均匀,在倒入分类拌匀,揉至面筋扩展,加入黄油继续揉
  • 2.揉至面能拉出很薄的薄膜
  • 3.揉圆放入盆中,放到温暖处发酵
  • 4.发酵至原来的两倍大,按压排气,分成十一等分,擀长,抹上豆沙,卷起
  • 5.放到烤盘上进行二次发酵
  • 6.发好的样子
  • 7.烤箱预热180度上下火15分钟(我的烤箱比较热,一般都要20分钟的) 看便面上色够了,加盖锡纸,快烤好的时候表面刷上蛋液
  • 8.叮 的一声,好啦O(∩_∩)O~~
