Steps to make 彩虹爱心戚风

  • 1. 对于美食我从不将就因为爱,使烘焙具有一种魔力,让所有的食物都有了同一种属性——爱你的心
  • 2.先把所需要用到的材料和工具都准备好,我用到的模具是法焙客的8寸活底阳极心形蛋糕模具
  • 3.做蛋糕前先把面粉过筛备用
  • 4.依次加入玉米油
  • 5.加入牛奶,每当加入一种原料后都要混合搅拌均匀
  • 6.加入面粉混合至看不见干粉
  • 7.混合好的蛋黄糊放一旁备用
  • 8. 从冰箱中取出蛋白,加几滴白醋或柠檬汁打至鱼泡眼加入第一次的细砂糖继续打发至能看到有浅浅的纹路,这时加等二次的糖 高速打发至蛋白变得泡沫细腻,打至蛋白霜拉起的尖角轻轻下弯就说明发好了,(如图)
  • 9.打好的蛋白霜和蛋黄糊
  • 10.将1/2的蛋白霜倒入蛋黄糊中,用手动打蛋器从盆底由下向上快速翻拌(不习惯用手动打蛋器的朋友请用硅胶刀
  • 11. 再把先混合好的蛋糊倒进蛋白糊中,翻拌至看不见蛋白霜,拌成粘稠的巧克力酱状态即可,(一定要快速翻,要不也一样会消泡的哦)把混合好的蛋糕糊放一旁
  • 12.先准备一个小碗,挖少许蛋糕糊和红曲粉先混合
  • 13.混合好的红曲蛋糕糊,再挖三分之一的原味蛋糕糊再次拌均匀这是预热烤上下火150度10分钟
  • 14. 抹茶蛋糕糊和红曲蛋糕糊的操作是一样的
  • 15.用高身杯套着裱花袋
  • 16.三色面糊准备好
  • 17.先把原味蛋糕糊倒入法焙客的心形阳模具中
  • 18.再把抹茶面糊挤进去
  • 19.逐渐把三味蛋糕糊都挤进横具中
  • 20. 把蛋糕送进烤箱,放入烤箱最低层,温度为上火130度下火120度分钟45—60分钟
