石锅拌饭
不用石锅,一样做韩式拌饭。其实,石锅饭好吃不好吃,关键在于调好一碗酱,用什么锅不是最重要的。

  • 韩式辣椒酱2大勺
  • 味增酱1小勺
  • 生抽1小勺
  • 蜂蜜1小勺
  • 香油1小勺
  • 熟芝麻1小勺

Steps to make 石锅拌饭

  • 1.肉切丝,加入少许盐、糖、胡椒粉、生抽、芝麻,搅拌均匀,腌制15分钟;
  • 2.所有蔬菜和菌类切成丝;
  • 3.起炒锅,热锅凉油爆炒鸡肉,至表面变色,盛出备用;
  • 4.继续下少许油,煸炒胡萝卜丝至软,盛出备用;
  • 5.煸炒香菇丝至软,盛出备用;
  • 6.煸炒洋葱丝至软,盛出备用;
  • 7.铸铁锅上火,小火温锅2分钟后,在底部和锅壁均匀刷上一层香油;
  • 8.铺上冷米饭,铺的时候顺便将米饭抓松;
  • 9.码上各色蔬菜,鸡肉丝一半放在边上,一半放在中间,在鸡肉上打一个生鸡蛋;
  • 10.盖上锅盖,调高一点儿火力,慢慢加热至锅内“滋滋”有声,打开看时蛋白凝固即可离火
  • 11.所有拌饭酱材料放进大碗,搅拌均匀。或者用现成的拌饭辣酱;
  • 12.将拌饭酱加入拌饭中,拌匀成一塌糊涂的状态,就可以吃啦——
