约克夏布丁(香草芝士版)
约克夏布丁虽说它的名字叫布丁,但事实上和我们想象中的那种甜点布丁大相径庭,口感上更像面包,外皮脆脆的,内心香香,软软,空空的,是一款以特殊的方式吸收牛肉精华的美味面包。
“约克夏”地理位置位于英国的北部,Yorkshire pudding是当地的传统美食,虽然约克夏布丁的配料看似简单的让人不禁怀疑它的味道,但是越是这样质朴的食材,越能带给人惊喜。约克夏布丁除了食材本身散发出来的天然香气意外,并没有任何突出的味道,正是因为这样的性质,使约克夏布丁变的百变起来。可以搭配奶油,巧克力,蜂蜜,花生酱,果酱。。各种你喜欢的东西来食用。在约克夏以及欧洲很多地区,人们通常喜欢用它来搭配主菜,可见约克夏不俗的地位。小牛肉,鸡肉,羊肉是约克夏布丁经常的好搭档。

  • 中筋面粉140克
  • 纯牛奶210毫升
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 2克
  • 冷水10毫升
  • 混合香草2克
  • 芝士粉30克

Steps to make 约克夏布丁(香草芝士版)

  • 1.香草(罗勒、百里香、迷迭香)洗净沥干,剪碎备用。
  • 2.将鸡蛋、牛奶混合搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入面粉与芝士粉、盐、香草碎搅至面粉无颗粒。
  • 4.将面糊放入冰箱冷藏1小时以上。(传统上一般是早上做面糊,中午或晚上烤)
  • 5.烘烤前取出面糊,室温下回温后将冷水调入面糊中混合均匀。
  • 6.烤箱预热210度,模具内涂抹黄油,先入烤箱约4-5分钟。
  • 7.取出模具倒入面糊约6-7分满。
  • 8.中层、上下火,烤30分钟直至表面酥脆,略为焦黄即可。
