肉末蒸水蛋

Steps to make 肉末蒸水蛋

  • 1.我用的是带盖子的小盅,刚好能蒸两个鸡蛋的量,肉末少许即可,不需要太多。
  • 2.鸡蛋液和水是将近1:1的比例。
  • 3.先用筷子把鸡蛋液顺时针搅拌均匀,加少许食盐,然后一边搅拌,一边慢慢加入清水。
  • 4.过筛可以隔开泡泡,让鸡蛋液更细腻。
  • 5.静置一分钟。
  • 6.盖上盖子,蒸7分钟。
  • 7.7分钟后打开盖子,加入肉末,继续蒸7分钟。
  • 8.停火后打开盖子,淋上少许酱油即可!
  • 9.成品。
