蛋香孜然烤馒头片
金黄色是阳光的颜色,明亮,金灿灿的,华丽丽的,是令人愉快的颜色。黄色的食材很多,南瓜,玉米,黄彩椒等等。还有蛋黄也是美美的黄色哦,而且鸡蛋的营养丰富,对人体很有好处。尤其是蛋黄,是鸡蛋的精华所在,多吃蛋黄不仅能增加营养,还能增强记忆力,平时哄孩子吃蛋黄,都是告诉他,吃了会变聪明,小时候妈妈也是这样哄我吃蛋黄的。今天正好家里有两个剩馒头,我想着烤个馒头片打扫一下,于是想到裹上鸡蛋液,金黄色好看更有食欲,再接着想到,可以撒点椒盐孜然啥的提个味儿,又忽然看到了糖粉筛,于是一个大胆的想法产生了,先把馒头片裹上鸡蛋液,再借助糖粉筛,使撒上的孜然粉呈现出花纹和图案,顿时养眼了,颜值提升了不少,剩馒头也能华丽转身,集美貌与美味于一身,成功~

Steps to make 蛋香孜然烤馒头片

  • 1.两个鸡蛋(我碰到一个双黄蛋)打入碗中,加一匙盐。
  • 2.把蛋液搅打均匀。
  • 3.把剩馒头切成片状。
  • 4.先将馒头片裹上一层蛋液。
  • 5.把糖粉筛放在馒头片上,撒上孜然粉,再拿起糖粉筛,孜然粉就在馒头片上形成了美丽的花纹。
  • 6.也可以用黑胡椒末,但是黑胡椒的没有孜然的效果好。
  • 7.全部筛好后,整齐的摆在烤盘上,烤盘提前铺一层油纸。
  • 8.放进预热好的烤箱内,上下火175度十分钟。
  • 9.出炉就可以吃啦。
