麦田花式面包

  • 高筋面粉200克
  • 黄油20克
  • 酵母粉4克
  • 牛奶40克
  • 白糖10克
  • 鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 麦田花式面包

  • 1.用面包机将面和好
  • 2.揉至光滑时取出面团
  • 3.放温暖处进行发酵,发酵至原来的2倍大
  • 4.揉好发酵的面团分成五个均匀的剂子
  • 5.一次把剂子擀成圆形
  • 6.刷上油
  • 7.把擀至好的面皮放在底盘上,我用的是圆形的活底蛋糕模具
  • 8.依次重叠好放在地盘上,最上面一层不刷油,其他层不刷油
  • 9.将面团切成如图状
  • 10.如图反向将面团拉出来
  • 11.再反向往外拉
  • 12.摆好
  • 13.二次发酵,表面刷油,180度烤制20分钟
