外脆里嫩——糯米肉圆
这个肉圆在我们小时候只有过年,或者家里做喜事的时候,比如结婚啊,过生日啊,这个生日还不是一般的小生日,而是整数大生日的时候,都这样的时候才可以吃到的美食,现在当然不同了,想吃的时候就可以做,即使现在好吃的很多,这依然是我家老耿和小耿的“最爱”!

Steps to make 外脆里嫩——糯米肉圆

  • 1.准备好原料,糯米淘洗干净,沥干水分。
  • 2.烧开一锅水,水开后把沥干的糯米倒进烧开后再烧三四分钟。
  • 3.把煮好的糯米饭倒进凉水里面,再次淘洗至洗米饭的水变清为止。洗清的米饭沥干。
  • 4.准备一个大容器,把糯米饭,肉米,鸡蛋,葱姜沫,盐,鸡精加一起。
  • 5.彻底拌匀。
  • 6.油锅烧开,做出的糯米丸子下锅炸。
  • 7.炸成金黄色就可以。
  • 8.外脆里嫩的糯米丸子就做好了!
