香煎带鱼
带鱼肉质很鲜美。作为蛋白质的一种优质来源,每100g中含有蛋白质18.1g、脂肪7.4g。值得注意的是,带鱼当中每100g中含有胆固醇97mg。正常人的胆固醇摄入量,每天是300mg,鱼的推荐摄入量,一天也就是如果所有的肉不吃,只吃鱼,如果二两鱼,也要150g。所以,胆固醇占一半,如果光吃蛋,它相对还是属于高的。但是和鸡蛋黄没法比,对高胆固醇血症的患者,胆固醇的推荐摄入量每天不超过200mg,所以在吃带鱼的时候,要注意其中的胆固醇含量。
带鱼我最喜欢的烹饪方式就是清蒸,不过偶尔也会香煎或者红烧,间或换一下口味也是不错的!

    • 1.准备好葱段和姜片
    • 2.带鱼洗净剪成段,用适量盐,黄酒,葱段,姜片腌制二十分钟
    • 3.玉米淀粉加入胡椒粉拌匀
    • 4.腌制好的带鱼放在淀粉里两面均匀沾上淀粉
    • 5.锅内放入少许油放入带鱼中小火煎至两面金黄色
    • 6.装盘撒上麻辣蘸料,香辣酥脆哦!
