老公说想吃鲅鱼,在饭店吃过鲅鱼块不错,让我也做个。做完老公说这也太好吃啦,不逊色于大厨做的。鲅鱼肉质细嫩,味道鲜美,营养丰富,含丰富蛋白
质、多不饱和脂肪酸维生素A、矿物质,主要是钙
质等营养元素。鲅鱼有补气平喘止咳作用,长期食
用对体弱咳喘有一定疗效。鲅鱼还具有提神健脑和
防衰老等食疗功效,常食对治疗贫血、早衰、营养
不良、产后虚弱和神经衰弱等病症有一定辅助作

Steps to make 香煎鲅鱼

  • 1.备好材料,我用的鲅鱼尾部段。
  • 2.鱼已经切2cm厚段,葱姜切丝,蒜拍碎。
  • 3.鱼段放盘里,放上葱姜丝蒜末,放入味极鲜,蒸鱼豉油,盐,醋等,搅拌均匀等
  • 4.不粘锅至旺火烧热,加油,转小火,放入鱼段煎至两面金黄
  • 5.把淹鱼的调味料倒入鱼段上,1分钟
  • 6.加大半碗水,小火炖
  • 7.鱼肉熟,大约10分钟,大火收汁至浓稠
  • 8.鱼段装盘,汤汁倒入鱼段上。
  • 9.撒上香菜末,开吃吧
