应某某之邀重做菠萝果冻,可找来找去,市面上的菠萝一夜之间竞然全部人间蒸发,不见踪影,乍办?沟通后,对方说,不如做点别的,葡萄、樱桃之类的......可我个人觉得果冻做出来一定要鲜艳、通透、才好看,想想现时市面上的水果,只有红肉火龙果最符合标准了;红肉火龙果是火龙果其中的一种,花青素含量颇高,具有抗氧化、抗自由基、抗衰老的作用,还含有美白皮肤的维生素C,以及具有减肥、降低血糖和润肠作用......用它,准没错!
这个火龙果果冻的制作方法,非常简单,不用把火龙果加热,故能最大限度的保留了维生素成份,一款很健康的,不含人造色素的天然果冻。

Steps to make 霜降胭脂

  • 1.备材料
  • 2.火龙果去皮切块
  • 3.火龙果块放在榨汁机内取汁
  • 4.把果汁过滤去果渣(第二次过滤)
  • 5.火龙果汁取出80克
  • 6.把水煮沸后加入糖煮至溶化,关火
  • 7.加入鱼胶粉
  • 8.把鱼胶粉搅拌至完全溶化
  • 9.加入火龙果汁,搅拌好
  • 10.倒入模中,冷却后放进冰箱待其凝固
  • 11.果冻凝固后取出,放在装有热水的盘中稍泡一下就可脱模
  • 12. 切件,洒小许椰蓉装饰即可
