    Steps to make 蓝莓山药泥

    • 1.山药洗干净,不要去皮,放锅里蒸熟
    • 2.蒸熟的山药去皮,切小块,再用刀背碾成泥(如果不怕麻烦可以过遍筛,那样就更细腻了)
    • 3.加入白糖
    • 4.加入淡奶油,拌匀
    • 5.保鲜袋中放入曲奇花嘴,将山药泥放入,挤在盘子上(造型随意哈)
    • 6.两勺丘比蓝莓酱加少许水,小火烧开,加入一勺白糖,搅拌至糖融化,汤汁变浓稠,关火,淋在山药泥上。
