  • 4勺
  • 1/2勺
  • 白醋1/2勺

Steps to make 水蒸蛋糕

  • 1.鸡蛋的蛋黄蛋清分开!
  • 2.蛋清!
  • 3.蛋黄中加糖搅拌均匀!
  • 4.之后倒入牛奶搅拌均匀!
  • 5.最后筛入面粉和一点泡打粉!
  • 6.打发蛋清,加糖,两滴白醋,一点点盐打发!
  • 7.打发至鱼眼泡的时候加入第二勺糖!继续打发!
  • 8.出现细小泡泡时加入第三勺糖,最后打发至奶油状态!
  • 9.然后把蛋糕糊倒到纸杯中,放上红枣!蒸锅上汽放入蛋糕蒸三十分钟即可!
