Steps to make 土豆炖牛肉

  • 1.食材准备
  • 2.土豆去皮洗净,切块后放入清水中浸泡,胡萝卜切块;姜切片,葱切段。
  • 3.洗净牛肉,逆着纹理切成块状,放入沸水中汆烫去血水和异味,捞起沥干水待用。
  • 4.锅中烧热3汤匙油,爆香姜片和葱段,放入牛肉块拌炒几下,加入加入3汤匙生抽王,1汤匙料酒,以大火翻炒2分钟。
  • 5.锅中注入2碗清水,加入八角,桂皮和香叶,加盖大火煮沸改小火炖煮50分钟这样。然后倒入土豆块和胡萝卜,与牛肉一同搅匀,加盖以小火再炖25分钟。
  • 6.开大火收汁,待锅内汤汁呈浓稠状,加入一汤匙盐、少许白糖调味,撒些葱花即可出锅。
  • 7.如果是宝宝、孕妇、坐月子之类的特殊人群吃,最好把八角、桂皮之类的香料去掉,取其牛肉的原汁原味即可。
