牛奶吐司布丁
前几天买了葡萄干,牛奶也是现成的,做蛋糕还剩下一些淡奶油,想了想,于是就诞生了这款鲜牛奶吐司布丁。
想要做布丁,牛奶和鸡蛋不能少。这些都是家常的,随手就能取来。加了点淡奶油,可以让味道更加醇香。吐司边比较硬,而且颜色也深,做成布丁多多少少会影响口感和品相,所以切掉不用。切掉的吐司边直接塞嘴里吃了,或者烤成吐司棒蘸着果酱都是美味,这里不多说,哪天单独写一篇。
吸足了牛奶蛋液的吐司随着烤箱的不断加温而慢慢往上涨,颜色也逐渐变成了焦黄色。空气中隐隐飘散着牛奶的香味,让人口水横流,恨不得立马儿就挖两勺尝尝。
终于出炉了!
赶紧挖一大勺!上层焦黄微酥的吐司块和瓷实的葡萄干,中层口感扎实的吐司牛奶鸡蛋和湿润香甜的葡萄干,底层是嫩嫩的鸡蛋牛奶布丁,混合着少许吐司,一口下去,3种口感,真是太满足了!我和孩子两人用久挖着吃,3分钟不到居然都吃光了!你也赶快做一做吧!给自己、给孩子的小零食,没有添加剂,没有糖,满足感极强!

  • 淡奶油50毫升
  • 葡萄干50克
  • 朗姆酒20克
  • 鸡蛋2个

Steps to make 牛奶吐司布丁

  • 1.全部材料准备好:原味吐司两片,牛奶、淡奶油、葡萄干、朗姆酒、鸡蛋;没有淡奶油也可以不放,换成等量的牛奶;
  • 2.葡萄干浸泡在朗姆酒中,泡软使用,中途可翻身两次,更利于吸收朗姆酒;
  • 3.一半的牛奶和淡奶油同入奶锅中,小火加热煮沸关火;
  • 4.先将剩下的牛奶倒入牛奶淡奶油融液中,搅拌几下降温,再将鸡蛋倒入其中,用勺子打散,充分混合;
  • 5.吐司的四边切掉另做它用,将中间的吐司片切小块;
  • 6.将吐司块全部入牛奶淡奶油融液中,让吐司块吸足牛奶;
  • 7.准备一个烤碗,将吐司丁和牛奶融液全部倒入烤碗里,表面撒上葡萄干;
  • 8.送入预热好的东芝烤箱中,170度25分钟左右,表面焦黄后可拉出来用勺子刺探中间,如果凝固了就可以出炉,如果还未凝固再继续烤一会儿;表面颜色过深可加盖一层锡纸;
  • 9.烤好后出炉,吐司布丁胀得好高,出炉后会慢慢回落;
  • 10.牛奶吐司布丁,趁热食用奶香浓郁。
