西瓜小蛋糕
酷夏的到来,让我想起清爽可口的大西瓜。它那红得起沙的多汁瓜肉,清甜解暑。我用西瓜红色的天然蔓越莓果粉和日本的青岚抹茶粉着色,做了一人份的西瓜小蛋糕,给小宝贝解馋。这块天然健康,带有果香味的造型小蛋糕,宝宝很喜欢。

  • 柠檬汁几滴
  • 蔓越莓果粉3克

Steps to make 西瓜小蛋糕

  • 1.准备食材:低筋粉40克,玉米油30克,细砂糖40克,清水30克,鸡蛋2只,蔓越莓果粉3克,青岚抹茶粉2克。
  • 2.将两个蛋黄,玉米油,清水同放入打蛋盆中,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入低筋粉,拌至顺滑的无干粉状态。
  • 4.将蛋黄糊平均分成2份,一份加入2克青岚抹茶粉,一份加入3克蔓越莓果粉,分别拌均匀。
  • 5.蛋清加入几滴柠檬汁,分3次加入细砂糖,打发至偏硬性发泡。
  • 6.将蛋白糊平均分配到两种蛋黄糊中,拌均匀。
  • 7.6寸圆形彩虹蛋糕模具刷油,倒入蛋糕糊,震荡出大气泡,放入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火180度烤13-15分钟,香气四溢即可出炉。
  • 8.将烤好的蛋糕片倒扣,冷却,脱模。
  • 9.借助模具在蛋糕片上印出环形的抹茶蛋糕。
  • 10.然后用同一个模具在蔓越莓蛋糕片上印出等大的圆。
  • 11.将蔓越莓蛋糕片镶嵌到抹茶蛋糕环中,并摆放上黑芝麻,西瓜小蛋糕制作完成。
